Hard Cheese Knife

For hard and semi-hard cheeses, with a forked tip: equipped with a sturdy blade and a sharp edge, this knife can handle even the hardest cheese, while the forked tip can be used to serve the sliced cheese. For other cheeses we recommend the Cheese Knife for soft cheeses and, to complete the perfect sandwich, our serrated knives.
